WVG alu-tec GmbH today - company dataWVG alu-tec GmbH gives work to 20 permanent employees. The production- and storage area at Breuna amounts to more than 2000 m². WVG alu-tec GmbH consumes roundabout 250 tons of aluminium annually and produces out of those more than 200.000 aluminum casting parts at the same time. Our mechanical equipment includes seven melting furnace, six of them are oil-burners, and one electric heater. The crucible size is between 125 to 300 kilograms. Company History1991WVG Industry- and Control Engineering Enterprise, located at Lohfelden near Kassel, started the aluminum casting branch with a molding at Bad Arolsen. 1997 The company expanded and moved into a new office and industrial area to the present compound at Breuna, "Industrial District Bachmann". 2001 The business section "Aluminum Casting" separated from the main enterprise. WVG alu-tec GmbH was founded and utilized from now the whole compound at Breuna. 2002 WVG alu-tec GmbH with head office at Breuna expanded with an additional production area at Westheim near Marsberg. This location is being used mainly for final assembling and manufacturing. 2004 The plant at Breuna had been extended with an additional warehouse, sizing up to 500 m². 2008 Certification according to ISO 9001:2000. Centralization and expansion of Breuna site with an additional production hall up to a total of 2000 m². Westheim location will be closed. 2009 Expansion of construction/research and development departments. Our first CNC machine willl be put into operation. 2010 Expanion of CNC operation center. |
