Put to the acid test - After casting, each piece has to pass a strict quality control.

Our know secures your advantage in competition

Aluminum is not equivalent to aluminum. Advantages of a broad variety spectrum only come true by being provided with the corresponding and comprehensive Know-how.

The whole staff of WVG alu-tec GmbH guarantees precise knowledge in processing of conventional and specific properties as well. Our plant works up to finished products about 300 tons of aluminum per year.

The choices of alloy, different ways of melting treatment and actions to be taken during the casting procedure - by way of controlling the setting - are important steps, to be co-ordinated with our customers in advance.

Aluminum casting parts of top quality level

Aluminum castings are characterized by their light weight. Cast aluminum is particularly resistant to corrosion and weather - a real "all-rounder" among the castings. There is hardly any area where aluminum elements can not be used.

One part will always be the same - no matter what the number of pieces is poured. Filigree elements with wall thicknesses of more than two millimeters are produced in the highest quality. Our clean and high-quality workmanship enables us to always reproduce our cast aluminum parts in consistent quality. Thereby we are able, e.g. Integrate your company logo directly into the cast aluminum product.

On approximately 6,300 square meters of production area, hydraulically controlled, electronic casting machines ensure 100% compatibility of the products. In product development and production, our company relies on state-of-the-art CAD-CNC controlled systems.

We are certified according ISO 9001

WVG alutec GmbH has been certified according to ISO 9001 for a complete management system in the range of production and sale of aluminum casting elements.

We work in accordance with RoHS regulations

The abbreviation RoHS (Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment: "Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment") collectively designates the EC Directive 2002/95 / EC prohibiting certain substances the production and processing of electrical and electronic equipment and components, as well as the respective implementation in national law.

The goal is to eliminate extremely problematic components from the products as a result of the massive expansion of disposable electronics.

This naturally counts also for products containing aluminum parts and includes, among others, the enforcement of the free-of-lead soldering of electronic parts, the prohibition of poisonous flame obstructions in the production of cables and to enforce the adoption of corresponding replacements. Furthermore, the used parts and components themselves should be without equivalent substances.

Common poisonous electronic substances are known for being highly degrading the environment. Those substances are to be banished from the aluminum products through RoHS.

Hereby stricken are

  • Mercury
  • Cadmium

  • Poly-bromine Biphenyl (PBB)
  • Poly-bromine Diphenyl ether (PBDE)
